This Privacy Policy applies only to information where we are the data controller and directly collect through the Website. This privacy policy does not apply to our collection of information from the use of the system.

WHAT, WHEN AND HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM SITE VISITORS?

Like most website operators, we collect some non-personal information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The purpose in collecting non-personal information is to better understand how visitors use the website. The standard internet log information is on our servers that are hosted with Kualo Web Hosting which are located within the United Kingdom. This log information does record your IP address and we record and monitor this for security reasons.

We use few third-party services

1. Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out how many visitors are visiting which parts of our sites. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not send your IP address to Google or let Google identify who you are.

Your personal information is also collected when you send us “Book a Demo” or “Contact Us” form. We process your personal data in accordance with the article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which allows us to process personal data when its necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests.

If you wish us to erase your personal data then please contact our Data Protection Officer and we will respond no longer than one month. Please note that in instances where we are processing your personal data as a Data Processor, we will promptly inform the Data Controller of your request and advise you of this when you make the request.
